Miley Cyrus to Perform at the Hollywood Bowl for the 1st Time
The 10-track album follows a more vulnerable sound and comes with two Hollywood Bowl shows, marking a shift from her last release.
On Tuesday, Miley Cyrus announced her 10th studio album, 'Bass Persuades,' arriving September 18 via Atlantic Records, alongside two Hollywood Bowl headlining shows on October 16 and 18.
Marking her first release with Atlantic Records after departing Columbia, the star is embracing the mononym 'Miley' for this 10-track project, which follows last year's 'Something Beautiful.'
In a recent issue of Wonderland Magazine, Miley described the project as 'a love story, but love stories are never one-dimensional. They're always layered,' reflecting personal evolution and self-love.
Fans can access tickets for the Hollywood Bowl shows via an American Express pre-sale beginning Tuesday, September 8, before Ticketmaster opens general sales on Friday, September 11.
The album campaign launch coincided with the death of Cyrus's godmother, musical icon Dolly Parton; Cyrus wrote that losing her 'Aunt Dolly' was beyond what felt right to share.
