Milatović proposed that Žabljak be given the status of the ecological capital of Montenegro, which would be the basis for a development program for the Durmitor region that would include communal infrastructure, waste and wastewater management, energy efficiency, biodiversity protection and sustainable tourism.
"Dear citizens, in 35 years we have not only come closer to the realization of this vision, but we have moved away from its realization. However, in a completely different way than the politicians, the Ecological State Day should be our holiday.
