"Only eight years after the international recognition at the Congress of Berlin, in 1886, Montenegro concluded the Concordat with the Holy See, one of the first agreements of its kind concluded by the Holy See with an Orthodox country. This historic step testifies to the long tradition of dialogue and respect for religious diversity in Montenegro," he said.
