PHUKET: Phuket authorities have highlighted training for Thai employers on the legal requirements for employing migrant workers as part of efforts to address a growing burden on the province’s public health system, but the measures announced so far do not mention enforcement against employers who illegally hire migrant workers or fail to comply with labour laws.
