Meyer, Leinart see Gophers QB Drake Lindsey as 'NFL guy'

On Friday, analysts Urban Meyer and Matt Leinart praised Minnesota quarterback Drake Lindsey ahead of Saturday's matchup against Michigan at Huntington Bank Stadium.
Through four games this season, Lindsey has completed 67% of his passes for 951 yards, seven touchdowns, and two interceptions.
Meyer, who coached successful quarterbacks like Tim Tebow, praised Lindsey as a "big, strong-armed kid doesnt make mistakes" despite taking risks against Washington last week.
Leinart, who won the Heisman Trophy at Southern Cal in 2004, stated "I think hes an NFL guy" while expressing enthusiasm to see Lindsey perform in person.
Leinart predicted Minnesota could win on Saturday, though the Gophers face pressure because they "dont really run the football very well," placing the burden on Lindsey.
