Kebab was transported without refrigeration - in total it is 635 kilograms of meat. It was precisely two such transports that were intercepted by Czech customs officers.
A big surprise awaited Ostrava customs officers during August and September inspections in the Karviná and Olomouc regions. They discovered a large amount of kebab in a Polish van and a passenger car. It was transported without refrigeration, even though the temperatures were tropical outside. The customs officers therefore called in employees of the State Veterinary Administration.
Exactly 635 kilograms of kebab. Such a consignment was discovered during two inspections by Ostrava customs officers. In both cases, the meat was carried by the driver in a car without any refrigeration equipment, and the transports were not announced in advance. According to the State Veterinary Report, eating food stored in this way can cause serious health problems.
While inspecting deliveries in the Karviná and Olomouc regions, customs officers discovered real "delicacies" in recent weeks. For example, 315 kilos of kebab "roasting" in a car at a temperature of 34 degrees!
