Men’s hockey captain signs contract with Maple Leafs

Northeastern men’s hockey senior captain and defenseman Vinny Borgesi signed his first NHL contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs, the team announced in an Instagram post March 18.  Borgesi, a Philadelphia native, signed a two-year contract with the Toronto-based team beginning in the 2026-27 season.
