400,000 people have signed contracts with the Russian military this year, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev announced on Tuesday. According to him, Moscow has almost achieved its goal for this year.
Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council and Chairman of the United Russia party Dmitry Medvedev said today that more than 400,000 members of the Russian armed forces have arrived in their units, and over 34,000 have joined volunteer units.
