Mass. spa owner sentenced to prison for fake Botox injections
A Massachusetts woman was sentenced Friday to nearly four years in prison after pleading guilty to injecting fake Botox and fillers into her patients.Rebecca Fadanelli, a 40-year-old Stoughton resident, was given 46 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. She was arrested in November 2024 and pleaded guilty in April.
