It’s McHappy Day in Simcoe today, with local McDonald’s restaurants raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities and Simcoe Special Olympians. Brandy Gozda-Sekhon, Kamloops & Merritt McDonald’s Owner/Operator, encourages everyone to stop by the local restaurants on May 6th to help raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Family Room at Royal Inland Hospital. Since opening, the Family room as already provided a welcoming refuge for a thousand families with children admitted for treatment.
