Mayor Wim Janssens of De Panne wants an access road for Adinkerke South. He is responding to the (once again) extremely long traffic jams caused by day tourists and visitors to Plopsaland during the extended weekend. The access road is intended to provide an alternative to the bypass road that Flanders rejected last year. "I received positive signals from the cabinets," says Janssens. For the time being, no measures will be taken.
