Mayor credits Dover city employees for saving coworker's life

DOVER – Mayor Shane Gunnoe is crediting two city employees with saving the life of a coworker. He says general services employees Jon Ladrach and Brody Ferrell were fueling their vehicles on Jan. 22 when co-worker Aiden Barrett slipped on some ice and was knocked unconscious.
