Tisza rejects claims of secret constitutional court deal
Márton Melléthei-Barna, deputy leader of the Tisza parliamentary group, denied that he had entered into any secret pact or behind-the-scenes agreement concerning President Tamás Sulyok’s submission to the Constitutional Court.
According to the Tisza MP, the constitutional judges decided to exclude themselves from the case of the President of the Republic for professional reasons. He wished Fidesz continued good luck.
Márton Melléthei-Barna emphasized that one of Tisza's important commitments is to replace the puppets appointed by Fidesz.
Márton Melléthei-Barna called Fidesz's claim that it had made a pact with the constitutional judges against Tamás Sulyok absurd.
Fidesz accused the Tisza legal expert of making a pact with the constitutional judges who did not allow Tamás Sulyok's submission to be put on the agenda.
According to Márton Melléthei-Barna, this is just another Fidesz absurdity.
