Marsh – the parent of Oliver Wyman, Marsh, Mercer and Guy Carpenter – has appointed Lisa Quest as the new CEO of its UK business. She succeeds Chris Lay, who is retiring from the business. Lisa Quest currently serves as the Head of UK and Ireland at Oliver Wyman, a role she has held since early 2023.
