The Netherlands is still gripped by the horrific murder of Lisa (17) from Abcoude when, a month later, on September 19, 2025, another young woman is stabbed at Utrecht Overvecht station. Also by a refugee. The victim, 25-year-old Marleen, does survive the attack on her life. To thank her rescuers and to create something beautiful and powerful at the place where she and others fought for her life, an artwork now stands.
