Marjorie L. Rauch, age 100, of Brookville, Indiana died Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at St. Andrews Health Campus in Batesville, Indiana. Born May 29, 1926, in Batesville, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Elmer & Clara (Zins) Galle.  On June 26, 1945, she was united in marriage to Michael Rauch, and he preceded her in death on March 17, 1999. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. She retired from the Batesville Furniture Factory.  In her leisure time she enjoyed spending time with family & friends, as well as playing cards. Survivors include four children, Brenda Reister, Linda Prifogle, Patty Riebsomer, and Michael Rauch Jr., all of Brookville, Indiana; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces & nephews.

Family & friends may visit from 4 until 7:00 P.M. on Monday, June 22, 2026 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Ave., Brookville; where the Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M.. Rev. John Barker will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, 10:30 A.M., at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 145 St. Michael’s Blvd., Brookville. Burial will then follow in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Brookville. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or St. Michael’s Capitol Campaign.
