A Marion man was injured last week after his vehicle hit a tree that had fallen across the road during a severe storm in Lyon County. Sheriff Brent White says he was sent to the single-vehicle injury collision around 4:10 Monday morning, July 27th, on KY 3171. Sheriff White’s investigation found that a large oak tree had fallen across the road and was not visible to the driver, 34-year-old Cody Bolk, who struck it. Bolk was taken by Lyon County …
