Eilat Marine Police officers detained three boaters for questioning on suspicion of boating under the influence of alcohol. At the end of the investigation, during which they conducted a breathalyzer test, the boating licenses of all three were revoked for 30 days. The move comes following the implementation of the Law Prohibiting Boating Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs
The National Carabinieri Association also intercepted 54 minors, of which 41 were found above the limit
