Marcus & Millichap closes sale of 22,178-square-foot office property in Naperville

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 1316 Bond St., a 22,178-square-foot office property occupied by Weaver Consulting Group, in Naperville, Illinois. The property sold for $3.7 million. Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a repeat client of the Sharko | Weisenbeck | Mendoza Group, and procured the buyer, a non-1031 investor.  The property was built in 2015 and is fully occupied by Weaver Consulting Group, its original tenant. Approximately 1,000 square feet is configured as industrial flex space, with the balance used as office space. Situated on 2.04 acres in Naperville, one of the Chicago area’s most desirable submarkets, the property is located about one mile from the Interstate 88 interchange.
