A judge denied bond after police said Stefano Cremas-Cocicero fatally stabbed his mother and surveillance showed him carrying a knife and blood on his clothes.
Stefano Cremasco Cicero, 36, was arrested on Friday after the Miami Police were called to the Solitare Brickell apartment in Miami, Florida, according to an affidavit.
A man from New York with ties to South Florida, accused of fatally stabbing his mother in a Brickell skyscraper, appeared this Saturday before a judge. Stefano Cremas-Cocicero, 36, was charged with second-degree murder with a gun. During his appearance in court, the judge denied him bail.
