Man who fell out of boat off Massachusetts coast has died

A man who was in critical condition after falling from a boat off the coast of Newburyport Tuesday afternoon has died, according to police.On Sept. 30 around 3:45 p.m., Newburyport police and firefighters received a 911 call reporting that a person had fallen off a boat five miles from shore and was in need of medical attention, the police department said previously.
