An East Cowes man has admitted outraging public decency after he was seen naked in the street by neighbours and passers-by, including a 15-year-old witness. Tomas Vicas, 44, of Osborne Road in East Cowes, admitted a single charge of act of outraging public indecency when he appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court last week (Friday).
