A man has died after a two-vehicle crash in Donna. The Texas Department of Public Safety says 58-year-old Francisco Perez Lopez died Tuesday afternoon after a crash on FM-1423 north of Minnesota Road. Investigators say Lopez struck another vehicle after veering into the northbound lane. His truck then left the roadway and hit a fence. He died after he was taken to the hospital. DPS investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.
