A St. George man is facing assault and child abuse charges after police say he followed two teenagers who blew an air horn at him while driving, leading to him attacking the boys.According to court documents, Aaron Kenneth Kuttler, 32, was driving in the St. George area on Saturday when the two teens, a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old, in another vehicle blew the air horn and "flipped him" off.The teens drove off and pulled into a Maverick gas st…
