The Missouri State Highway says 36-year-old David A. McKinney of Carthage was charged with driving the wrong direction and D.W.I.When officers arrived on the scene, they found an SUV in a ditch near mile marker 58. Troopers believe the SUV hit a guardrail, then sideswiped one of the semis. McKinney was not injured.He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
