At the end of the last Council of Ministers on Wednesday, 28 January, Mali announced a series of measures aimed at securing a new transit route for its goods through Guinea. The objective is to reduce its dependence on the traditional corridors of Dakar and Abidjan. Agreements on cooperation in transport and on road and sea transits were signed between Mali and Guinea.
