KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 13 (Bernama) -- The memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Defence Cooperation between Malaysia and the United States is unrelated to the Agreement on Reciprocal Trade (ART) signed on Oct 26 on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit here, said Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
