Maine child riding an electric scooter crashes into truck

A 13-year-old boy crashed an electric scooter into a pickup truck in Bath on Tuesday morning. The boy was riding the electric scooter to school about 7:25 a.m. when he crossed Congress Avenue from Lincoln Street, according to Police Chief Andrew Booth.
