Magoffin man's drug case heads to federal court - Mountain Top Media

PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man arrested on drug charges earlier this year has now been indicted by a federal grand jury. Matthew Roger Owens, of Salyersville, was arrested back in March, after police got a tip that he was at a local gas station, on his way to sell meth.
