Madawaska Valley tabs familiar face to fill vacant council seat as election draws near

Madawaska Valley has picked a familiar face to return to council chambers for the rest of the remaining term. Former councillor and retired teacher Linda Neuman was unanimously appointed to fill the lone vacant seat at town hall during the council’s meeting on Tuesday, February 3rd.
