The Prime Minister reacted after the first revelations of the inspection mission on the case of the young Lyhanna, who "established a truth of extreme gravity". According to Sébastien Lecornu, "the protective chain has failed".
Following the submission of a pre-inspection report, the Prime Minister acknowledges that a complaint of rape of a minor has not been dealt with with with the necessary "emergency, rigour and diligence" and promises sanctions and new child protection measures.
