Lower Similkameen Indian Band catches motorbike trespassing on reserve lands during off-road ban

  • In contravention of restrictions, the rider was trespassing on reserve lands belonging to the LSIB, Upper Similkameen Indian Band , and Penticton and Snpink Indian Band .
  • Following the encounter, LSIB issued a public reminder that these prohibitions protect "the safety of ALL people, all living things, and the waters," said the LSIB.
  • Emphasizing their commitment to community safety, the LSIB urged residents and visitors to respect regulations, warning them to "Please do NOT be that person.
