Local View: Old newspaper building 'ill-suited' for Duluth students

Since the 2020-21 school year, students at the Area Learning Center in Duluth have been engaged in the process of permanent relocation. During their time at Historic Old Central High School, Area Learning Center students enjoyed an entire school space.
