Lincoln County man charged after drinking in court, biting guard

TROY, Mo. - A man is in custody after interrupting a courtroom in Troy, Missouri, last week, according to records. Billy Davis allegedly walked into a courtroom in the Lincoln County Justice Center Sept. 25 and sat directly next to an officer.
