The First Corporate Criminal Prosecutor's Office of Cercado de Lima-Breña-Rímac-Jesús María initiated a preliminary investigation against former congresswoman Kelly Portalatino for the alleged crime of culpable injuries, following a vehicle accident that occurred in the last few hours.
The cyclist was injured and continues to recover in a local clinic. Meanwhile, the former congresswoman continues at the Monserrat Police Station, where she participates in the corresponding proceedings.
Former Congresswoman Kelly Portalatino, who belonged to the Peru Libre party in the last Unicameral Parliament 2021-2026, was intervened by the National Police (PNP) after a traffic accident in the Cercado de Lima.
