Lights, floats, hometown pride fill downtown at Oroville Parade of Lights

OROVILLE — Holiday lights filled the foggy sky Saturday night as the Oroville Parade of Lights returned with 70 floats lining the downtown streets and hundreds of community members watching with joy.
