The Prosecutor's Office requested 20 years in prison for Maickel David Villegas Rodríguez, accused of participating in the kidnapping and murder of the former military opponent of Nicolás Maduro. Investigators maintain that the crime was commissioned to the Aragua Train by Diosdado Cabello, one of the main figures of Chavismo.
