According to Italy, according to Libyan security sources, a Russian military shipment arrived at the port of Tobruk in eastern Libya on September 13, before part of its contents were distributed to a number of military bases, and another was flown to Mali. According to sources that spoke to the agency, the shipment was unloaded the day after arrival, prior to the transfer of equipment.
