The City Council of L’Hospitalet will allocate 35.5 million euros of the budget surplus of 2025 to promote different actions of housing, public space, mobility and sports equipment. Of this amount, 27 million will be dedicated to acquire five complete buildings in the Samontà, with 148 homes, to incorporate them into the public park of the city and to prevent them ending up in the hands of an investment fund.
