Lady Dragons open season with rout as Lewis pitches a 1-hitter

Adelynn Lewis opened a new era of Harlan softball on Friday with a one-hitter in the Lady Dragons’ 14-2 win over visiting Lynn Camp. Lewis struck out 12, walked two and hit two batters in the five-inning game. Lewis also led the Lady Dragons on offense with a triple and single. Gracie Hensley singled twice. Taylor Glenn and Jordyn Shackleford had one single each. The 1-0 Lady Dragons return to action Monday at Jenkins.
