LETTER: Vernon recreation fee structure unfair

Just read that the city council requested that non residents pay higher fees to use facilities. Does this province and city not want any outsiders to spend money in their communities? We are already burdened with the speculation tax, as our primary residence is not our B.C. address; we have totally furnished a townhouse and regularly use restaurants, grocery stores and take in entertainment and hockey games.
