Letter to the editor: Core trail safety

I am an older woman who has been happily walking on the Core Trail here in Steamboat for over 30 years. I no longer feel safe to walk on the trail anymore. Many bikers fly by me at excessive speeds and a few say ‘on your left.’ Parents, if you have given your youngsters an e-bike, please teach them proper adequate for the trail. Also remind them, as well as your adult friends, that no bikes of any kind are suppose to be on the sidewalks. City of…
