Regarding your recent article about the tenants of a Songhees mobile home park being let off the hook by quashing the order to remove their mobile homes, I think it’s patently unfair of the tenants’ lawyer to cast aspersions on the Songhees’ governance abilities because they didn’t maintain the mobile homes in the meantime. The mobile homes in question are (as the judge noted) the property of their respective tenants, not the Songhees Nation, so…
