I attended the Charter Review Commission District 5 Town Hall on June 7, expecting a neutral overview of the commission’s work and an opportunity to hear voters’ opinions. However, Commissioner Peter Silliman’s defense of his own amendments and, more egregiously, his bolstering of a constituent’s complaint about election fraud in Clark County deeply disappointed me.
