Dear Editor, At last, someone in touch with reality in respect of the outdoor pool project. The article in August 5, 2026 edition of The Comox Valley Record recorded that Director Daniel Arbour of CVRD raised issues of struggling with capital investment costs, rising property taxes, and more.
