I strongly support state lawmakers’ move to slash the City and County of Honolulu’s vehicle weight tax by 75%. For too long, Hawaii’s working families have been drowning under the highest cost of living in the nation. Slashing the weight tax on a standard sedan or truck provides immediate, tangible financial relief to residents who desperately need it.
