Letter: New parks nonprofit group beginning

As a Fitchburg alder, residents often tell me how much they love our parks, as do I. Our city is unique; a large geographic area with many parks with a variety of amenities. That is a blessing, but this leads to a dilemma. Due to budget constraints, our parks do not get all the TLC they deserve. We have dedicated employees, but the demands of our large park system outpace the hours in every day.
