Thank you to the Star-Advertiser for its very thorough explanation of why the electric grid for the Kakaako development has been a total failure by the governor, the mayor, Hawaiian Electric, the City Council, developers and the financial institutions backing all of this development (“Act quickly to fix Kakaako energy,” Our View, July 30).
