WASHINGTON — The Grocery Affordability Act, a bipartisan effort to decrease grocery costs and expand food access in America’s food deserts by cutting taxes to small food retailers, was introduced by Rep. Eugene Vindman, D-Va., and Rep. Ryan Mackenzie, R-Pa., on Wednesday.
