HARDWICK – On February 28 at approximately 10:38 p.m., Hardwick Police were dispatched to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Vt. Route 15 West near Union Bank. Vehicle No. 1, a 2005 Honda Civic operated by John Ohear of Hardwick hit the rear of Vehicle No. 2, a 2018 Ford Escape operated by Michael Duncan, also of Hardwick, who was waiting to turn into the Union Bank driveway when he got rear-ended.
